Good to install my garage header. Had some issues with making a loud noise as if the garage going to fall off. Called, no answer. Sent video of my garage. No reply. Google another garage professional and showed up the next day and fixed the issue.
Terry and his staff are punctual, professional, and honest. They quickly fixed my broken spring and also recommended a repair on my second garage door that worked perfectly—at just a fraction of what another company had quoted me. Highly recommend!
If I could give this zero stars I would. I have called this company several times since February (6 + months ago) I have never gotten a reply, I have left messages, I filled out an online form, I have been routed here from Wayne dalton direct, as well as calling the number. They have never replied.

The opener in my garage needed an upgrade due to being too old to be paired with safety eyes. I purchased a new opener I found a deal on with the intent to install myself as I am fairly handy. However, I quickly realized I was out of my depth with the timeline I was on.After calling around to see if the local professionals, Garage Door Solutions was one of two that returned my call and the only one willing to install an opener that wasn't purchased through them.Terry was able to fit me in within the same week of contact for a very reasonable price. He and his partner were able to arrive early and get everything installed within an hour without issue. He left the worksite cleaner than he found it and was willing to haul off the old one he replaced (and an even older one the previous home owner left in the rafters). He even let me know the opener I chose was a solid one, without prompting, which I appreciated.I would absolutely hire Terry and his crew again in the future should I need their services.
