Excellent. I called Quality Garage Door for help with my opener. They were so prompt, polite and helpful. Not only did they fix the issue with my opener but they fixed a couple other issues. My garage door opener system has never worked this well. I highly recommend them.
We have always called Quality in the past for garage door needs, but so disappointed this time. We called over 3 weeks ago to have someone come and check broken cable. They never returned calls, when we did reach them, we were told we were on a list. Basically we will get to you if and when we can. Gentlemen on phone was rude and didnt seem to care we were frustrated not being able to use garage door at all for 3 weeks. We called different company and they will be here within 48 hours. Not sure what happened, but Quality has lost our business.
I contacted 4 'Garage Door Specialists' about my broken garage door spring. No one returned a response.Called 'Quality Garage Door' Friday and Adam was out the next Tuesday. Learned a lot from talking to Adam. Very nice person.A 'Quality Garage Door' sticker now covers the sticker of the business that didn't return my call.They will be the first business I will call next time.
Discovered the spring broke on our garage door at about 715 am. We called Quality garage door at 720 am and they had someone working on it at 830 am the same day. They finished the install, tested and were pulling out of my driveway by 915 am. The service was fantastic, the pricing was very reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing help. Thanks Quality Garage Door!
Excellent, professional, fast care! I called when the chain came off my garage door and they were here with in an hour. Other concerns were pointed out and repaired. Very reasonable cost! I will definatley use this company in the future!
