Elite Garage Door Services of Northwest Arkansas

I called Elite the day my garage door stopped working. Customer support was super helpful and friendly. The gentleman I spoke with cared about my situation and did not try to rush the conversation just to make an appointment. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and although he could have had someone out there that day, it was getting late, so somebody was their first thing the next morning. Chandler was the technician. He arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and informational. He explained what was wrong, what was needed to fix it and all costs. He gladly answered questions I had. He performed the repairs in a timely manner and explained what he did. The cost was reasonable. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend using Elite Garage Services.

Great professional service. I had a squeaky garage door that rattled up and down the track being pulled by a loose chain, so I requested a tune up. Elite was responsive, professional, and at an extremely reasonable price. Now I have a perfectly smooth and quiet garage door - I should not have waited to get this done.

Elite has been great coming out last minute at the end of their work day. To diagnose and fix my garage door issues. It has broken twice now and both times they have been very helpful. Andrew has been very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend their services especially in an emergency or a pinch.
