Reviews mention professional and courteous technicians, with a few noting helpful explanations during service visits. Several customers cite delays in scheduling, callback issues, and extended timelines for completing repairs or fabricating parts. Experiences vary, so confirming appointment windows and deliverables in writing appears helpful. Overall sentiment is mixed, with both positive service interactions and concerns about responsiveness.
The staff is quick and friendly!! They do gates and business doors, not residential!! If you have bifold or fire doors needing fixed or put in though they are the best!!!
By far the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. From top to bottom. When the estimator to service techs.Steven and yoshi came to service our door. They were professionalThey were educational to our dilemma. They even brought donuts.Top notch.
Hired this Fayetteville office to complete a gate repair in February. They completed a temporary fix on 2/24 saying they had to fabricate a part and they would be back in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks go by... nothing. Multiple requests for a completion date just resulted in more extensions and comments about not having enough people. Then I started getting invoices. I replied each time with the comment that I would happily pay when the job was done. Then I got an invoice saying they would report us to a collection agency, and then the Fayetteville branch manger (Dan) was snarky. That was the final straw. We paid what we owed and are hiring someone else to complete the job they couldn't ... which was literally just installing a bracket that I was told was already manufactured back in April. Talk about poor service.
This company dragged their feet for weeks on a fix for my gate. After an initial assessment by Glen (tech), he said another guy named Peter would have to take a look and quote it. Peter said he would come out multiple days and never showed. Then after being pressed, he finally sent me a quote which didn’t seem to make sense as a fix for the problem. I don’t believe he ever went to see the gate to properly quote it. I decided to learn as much as I could to fix the problem myself. What they quoted would NOT have fixed the problem. They would have taken my $4,500 and then told me there was other issues. Peter even sent me a second quote (from another job) prior to me fixing it myself that said it could be as high as 10k if I went with that option! I believe the technician named Peter to be dishonest and lazy. No accountability at this company as no one in Managment has called me back. They wasted weeks of my time and their lack of follow through and communication is horrendous. Buyer beware.
These folks are contracted through Home Depot, but they do not hold up to the standards set forth in the contract they are supposed to go by. They should come out to measure and inspect within 2 days of purchase, not 20. Also they have trouble calling customers back. I do not recommend this Company.
