Work with ANY OTHER COMPANY but this one. From the start to the very end, this company couldn't be more incompetent. They never bothered to enter my garage to do this initial inspection, (should have been red flag 1). Upon accepting their estimate, I asked for color match doors and paid more for them only to find out I had to do the work. No one bothered to tell me I had to color match. No one bothered to tell me the color had to be only from one manufacturer. No one even bothered to tell me that THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO COLOR MATCH, until after I paid!Every time something needed done, I had to initiate the contact. Apparently they don't know how to dial a phone. I had to find out after several calls that my doors were in...4 days AFTER they were. When they came to do the install they didn't ever bother to bring complete doors. Parts were missing. I paid extra for insulated doors and they were happy to leave a half inch gap ALL THE WAY AROUND both doors and the installer said he could do NOTHING about it. Like I'm supposed to live with huge gaps letting in air after paying for insulation. He was also skilled enough to install the sensor so that it blocked my ONLY entrance, (from inside my home) to my own garage. Thanks to him, I had to walk outside my home to walk into my garage. And again, he was more than happy with that level of professionalism. They even messed up my final invoice by putting a different total amount than what I owed. Oh, and when I went to pay, their system was broken. Literally NOTHING they did was competent, professional or worth going through. Run, don't walk away from this company!!
