Jim’s promt response was very comforting. My wife’s car was stuck inside of our garage in about 10 degrees weather the other day. Jim didn’t hesitate to help us on the weekend to make sure we found a solution. I was impressed with great pricing when he could have takes advantage with a somewhat desperate situation. Jim was also very knowledgeable and competent and was able and willing to explain things to us along the way. Jim is a true professional with a can do attitude that brought a sense of trust.
