He was prompt, a great communicator, very reasonable on price, and I really appreciate a focus on educating me and giving me the options over any kind of pushy sales tactics. Great workmanship and made sure I was all taken care of before going off to his job after me.

Jim didn’t hesitate to help us on the weekend to make sure we found a solution. I was impressed with great pricing when he could have takes advantage with a somewhat desperate situation. Jim was also very knowledgeable and competent and was able and willing to explain things to us along the way. Jim is a true professional with a can do attitude that brought a sense of trust. I’ve used Jim twice now with wonderful results both times.
