I called to ask a simple question about installing a CAPXS unit that I had already purchased from Lift Master. When the representative asked if I already had the equipment and I said yes, his tone immediately became rude. I understand if the company has a policy about not installing customer-purchased equipment; that could have been explained politely in a sentence. Instead, he responded dismissively and very rude. I was only asking a straightforward question about installation, and the interaction felt unnecessarily unprofessional.

Had a torsion spring snap this week... Scheduled service call with EDL. Gino and Brian arrived this afternoon, very professional. Our garage door spring broke and Lance from EDL game out the same day. He was so knowledgeable about garage doors and was a super nice guy. We decided to replace our garage door opener the following week and requested Lance for the installation. We’ve been using EDL for years and have always received superior service!
So happy I decided on EDL to install a new hurricane resistant garage door at my home. Very positive experience from the beginning.
