Absolutely amazing customer service! Cindy had a technician in my place in 30 minutes. The technician, Andy, was able to identify the issues with the garage door immediately upon his arrival. He completed two repairs in less than 30 minutes. and he made sure to explain to me what were the issues, and how to avoid them in the future. Super professional and kind. The Door Doctor has provided service to our garage door and opener for many years. They have always been outstanding in competence, service, professionalism and courtesy. Their pricing is as good as it gets. I would not consider any other company. In this last visit, Kenny removed and replaced our old Liftmaster motor and all related door components. He was very organized, efficient and super courteous. He even reprogrammed our two vehicles to the new opener. A great gentleman.
