Then the wonderful response from Marissa that a door meeting our spec was available and scheduled next day install. Finally your two installers performed a fantastic job completing both installation of the door and new opener system! The professionalism from start to finish was excellent. The sales man that came out did not try to up-sale us. He was very knowledgeable about the products that they use and was able to give us an estimate on site in writing with all the components outlined and priced individually. There was no pressure from him to make a decision quickly. They were very present with notification of arrival and names of the sales and technician that were coming. The office staff was friendly and easy to contact. We got an install date and time within 2 days of our estimate approval. The technician was professional and friendly. He worked fast and efficient and had the job done in a few hours. We had a new garage door and motor installed. It has worked great. Smooth and quiet door. We look forward to keeping them for all our garage door needs.
This was not our first time using Precision garage door. In fact we had such good experience with them in the past that we didn't think twice about using them for this most recent service call. When I initially called on a Wednesday afternoon, they gave us an appointment for Saturday. Later that afternoon I got a call about an opening for the very next day.Our technician was Joe Baker and I knew I was going to like him as soon as he stepped out of his van! He seemed very positive and happy to be of service! Also very friendly and easy going! He explained the options and I felt zero pressure whatsoever! He changed our garage door unit with ease and knowledge and also taught us how to use the new technology included. He also made an extra effort in order to make sure our car would link to the new unit. As well as finding available keychain size remote openers.My husband and I highly recommend this company and we think that Joe Baker is excellent at his job and should be highly valued as an employee!
