I called to have a repair done as my garage door wouldn’t close unless I held down the wall button. Appointment was scheduled and Dean was pulling up about 2 hours later. After the assessment I decided to replace the garage door opener instead of repairing. Dean gave me a VERY fair price on a new opener including installation. Since my garage is set up a little weird he had to drive across town to pick up the correct unit and return to install it. The installation was even a challenge due to the weirdness of the garage set up. He did a fantastic job! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. My garage door broke one evening and I wanted to get it addressed, ASAP. I found the Garage Door Professional, gave a call, and soon had an appointment scheduled for the next day.I replaced the broken garage door opener and decided to replace the 3rd car garage opener and the springs on both doors as the units were 20 years old and were never serviced or maintained.I feel like I paid a VERY fair price for my project, they showed up on time, and got everything done exactly as promised. It was exactly how a transaction should be.I, too, own a local business and really value using locally owned businesses and keeping our dollars in the community. As best as I could tell, this place is entirely locally owned and is not a franchise of a large, national company. I experienced very prompt service. A technician (Dean) was at my house within an hour of my phone call. Dean went the extra mile helping me move my car out of the way in order for him to be able to get to the springs that needed replaced. The price for the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
Dan was amazing! I called due to my garage door not opening. Our top panel had a bend in it. Every garage door company I called wanted to just sell me a new one for $1500+. Dan had a full day, and he made told me he could get to me same day. This guy came out at 7p, his last stop! I love business owners that keep their word, you rarely find this at all anymore.Dan recommended I don’t buy a new door. And he could fix the door. When he was done, I didn’t even realize my sensors were bad, he took it upon himself to replace these without even being asked. Great service !!I called after 6 in the evening got real person on the phone and their 2 guys greeted me first thing the next morning. Explained what they were doing, got the job done , cleaned up , showed me the completed job, and were on there way. Highly recommended fair prices great work 5 stars
