Had two windows to repair. They came out replaced the windows and the went through both garage doors and did a a complete thorough tune-up. Replaced some brackets at NC and made sure the door springs brackets were all functioning well. The door is much smoother and quieter. There was no additional charge for any of the additional work. Edward P. and Jason P. were very professional and communicated all they were doing. Will not hesitate to use or recommend Overhead Door -excellent work.
Our door broke down on a Sunday - we left them a message and they were here to do the repair on Monday. Fixed by noon and the building is back in operation. Everyone got back to me really quickly. Eric the tech was very efficient and flexible. Our salesperson (Jennifer?) was even quick to get back and help me understand whether our warranty applied. From the time I contacted Overhead Door to the end of my service call, Overhead Door did an excellent job - they exceeded my expectations.After speaking with Tim in the office, he recognized me as a previous customer from 20 years ago and knew exactly what type of door I had and what type of repair or replacement I would need.Ray was my service tech and did a great job of explaining the unit to me and what he would be checking for. Turns out I didn’t need a new unit after all, and Ray was able to replace a part in the motor that I have. He even showed me how to do maintenance on the door going forward.I truly appreciated their professionalism and honesty - 10 stars all the way around!!
My Overhead Door technician was Edward Perez. Edward came to my home, inspected the garage door and explained everything that was going on without all the extra trying to make it seem worse than what it was. He explained what he had to do and executed it perfectly. The repair was a spring conversion. After the installation, he took the extra step and went through the entire system, making sure that everything was tight and adjusted properly . My garage door actually seems to be working better and quieter than it was when it brand new. Edward 100% official.
