Had two windows to repair. They came out replaced the windows and the went through both garage doors and did a a complete thorough tune-up. Replaced some brackets at NC and made sure the door springs brackets were all functioning well. The door is much smoother and quieter. There was no additional charge for any of the additional work. Edward P. and Jason P. were very professional and communicated all they were doing. Will not hesitate to use or recommend Overhead Door -excellent work.

Our door broke down on a Sunday - we left them a message and they were here to do the repair on Monday. Fixed by noon and the building is back in operation. Everyone got back to me really quickly. Eric the tech was very efficient and flexible. Our salesperson (Jennifer?) was even quick to get back and help me understand whether our warranty applied. I think the people at this business care about your business, which is rare these days. Honestly 10 stars! Thanks!
