SGD was available immediately. After 2 visits, we replaced all parts of garage door, except for the door. Parts are quite high comparatively to purchasing on your own; yet, we worked out a solid price for job. Negative feedback is.....the keypad for exterior entry was never replaced. Working on that now. Will need tech to return again. Otherwise, Jason did a great job! Thank you!
