Came into town to our daughter’s family home for a week visit from. California. I was told the garage door would not close. I checked and saw the main garage door was really screwed up. Calling around, several garage door companies, everyone was out for weeks. Then, I found Rich and his company hearthside garage door company
On a Thursday afternoon going into Friday, I was so hoping, sure enough, Rich sent some out that same Thursday, evaluating the problem, gave us a price for one garage door, and said, he would come back out the following morning to replace one garage door. I then asked, what would it cost to replace both garage door, since they both are fairly old, and well, let’s see.
Rich gave me a great price for replacing both garage door, I had them move forward in placing both on Friday morning. John the installer, did a great job, professionally done, cleaned up everything at the end of the day. Both doors looked great.
We left Sunday early morning for our flight. We had to look back at both beautiful garage door that they installed for us. Knowing our daughter’s family had one less thing to worry about. Thanks Rich, and thank you John, for the fast response and handling this for me.
