Dylan loves his job! He is the most meticulous technician that I have ever encountered. In 30 minutes time he replaced my garage door spring and cables and lubed the rollers. Phenomenal service! From booking to work completed, I Couldn’t have been happier with the repair and maintenance. Dan was knowledgeable, honest and articulated the repairs needed very well. Had both of my doors tuned up and outfitted with new springs and cable fast! Best part is the warranty I now have which covers the components installed for 7 years and a 1 year service guarantee. This morning, literally the morning of this review, the tension spring of one of our garage doors snapped, locking my wife's car into the garage. With two kids that have appointments, preschool, etc., not to mention ourselves, we needed a fix as soon as possible. We couldn't even open it manually.We gave Precision Door Service a call and Dan was up at our house maybe an hour and a half later.Dan was respectful, polite, and understanding, all the qualities you'd want from someone working on your home; textbook gentleman.He offered us a few different options ranging from just replacing the spring, to a full service on both doors and did NOT try to push us on the latter. That's what my wife and I went with anyway (after a little back and forth) because if either of us were to get locked into the garage again, that would be a problem.The work was expensive, I'll be blunt it was NOT cheap, but, now we are set for years to come and if anything happens, Precision will be out to fix it no charge. Can you put a price on peace of mind? Not sure, I'll let someone else decide that, but there is some benefit in knowing that part of the home is set.The sudden cost aside because that's not a reflection on Precision Door, we are very happy with the work Dan performed, and how he treated us. He got to us fast and got our doors in tip-top shape in just a few hours.I would absolutely recommend Precision Door Service based on our experience.
Always an excellent experience working with Dylan and Precision Door and very easy and quick to get appointments.Dylan is very professional and highly knowledgeable and always recommends multiple options to consider.We have 2 old electric garage doors and we arent quite ready to purchase new doors since we are planning a large renovation in the near future. Dylan has been wonderful helping us maintain the doors with temporary / minor fixes until we are ready to purchase new.Highly recommend Precision for repairs and/or new installs.
We were having issues with our older garage door closing. Making the appointment was easy. Changing it was easy. Eddie came out to visit on time.
