I had a wonderful experience with Kingdom Doors! My garage door came down on the top of my car as I was backing out of my garage yesterday.The garage door would only close 1/4 of the way after the incident. Since it was a Saturday late afternoon, many places were closed since it was the weekend. I found Kingdom Doors on Next Door, where the company was recommended by several people. I checked their website and they were open. I called and spoke to Clay and he was very kind on the phone and he said he could come out in about an hour. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the door very quickly. Clay is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company! Kingdom Doors will be my first call for any future needs!!
Can’t say enough good about Kingdom Doors. Had a broken spring on a door Chad installed back in 2018. Had their number stored in my phone so texted them. Clay Caro called and was great on the phone. He understood my need to get it repaired as I was leaving town. He had his crew there within an hour. Emerson and Harrison were professional and pleasant and got us back in working order in a short time. I highly recommend Kingdom Doors and would never need to call anyone else. The BEST customer service in Middle Tennessee! Every other company we called flaked or no-showed. Clay showed up 30 minutes after I called him on a Saturday to help repair doors that were installed by someone else. His expertise, willingness to help, and repair skills are incredible- not to mention his honesty and integrity. I've had 2 other local repair companies here and neither of them were able to solve my door issues. Clay was able to identify the problem and offer logical solutions without the nonsense. Don't bother with anyone else....these guys are the real deal!
I called Kingdom Garage Doors to come out to give me an estimate to repair springs. Clay came out as scheduled to assess the problem and after he diagnosed the problem, I agreed to have him complete the repair. He was polite, very knowledgeable and even took the time to let my garage door back down. Prior to me calling them to come out, I had dealt with another company and the tech hit my garage door switch, which resulted in the wire snapping and that tech left the door stuck with no attempt to get it back down. When I advised Clay of the problem, he willingly offered to get the door down until he returned to repair it and that really meant a lot to me. That spoke to his character and integrity. Clay did a great job replacing the tort and springs. My door is working fine; quiet, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them for any future needs and recommend this company to anyone in need of their services offered.??
Kingdom Doors was referred to me by another garage door company. They were available on the day I called and showed up at the appointed time. I found Chad to be courteous and quite knowledgeable about what he was doing. He even made a small adjustment to my other door I had not even noticed. I would highly recommend this company.
