Great service by Garage Door Geeks. My garage door opener could not open the door due to a broken spring. Garage Door Geeks were able to schedule service for me the same day I called them. The sevice technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly replaced two springs to get my garage door back to normal operation. I highly recommend this company.
What a great company!My garage door would not close, and I did not know why.I could not repair the problem from my wheelchair.I called Garage Door Geeks at 5:28 PM and explained I needed the door repaired ASAP because I would be out of town for a funeral out of state the next day.The company asked me to wait 10-15 minutes so they could check with their technicians to see if anyone was available to respond to my repair request.I was lucky because Dan answered that he could be at my home in 20 minutes.Dan illustrated technical mastery, efficiency, excellent customer interaction, proactive problem-solving, cleanliness, and thorough documentation, resulting in a smooth operation of my garage door.
I am so totally impressed with garage door geeks. From the minute I contacted them, they were prompt and very friendly. I dealt with Dan, who came to take all the measurements and requirements. Then, within two weeks, came back to install a double garage door in less than a day. I received the free estimate from the office, within 48 hours. They worked with my budget, then scheduled installation for even earlier than I could do. We picked a day that worked great for both of us. Dan was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. And I could not be more happy with the end product. My old garage door was so noisy and thin. I replaced it with a three layer, insulated door and a new lift motor. When he closed the door, for me the first time I could only see movement and barely heard anything. He explained how to use the interior control panel, as well as the new exterior push pad. This garage door also has its own app! So I can use my iPhone to give it commands. It did come with two car remotes as well. This company was lovely to work with. The product just blows me away with how quiet it is and how clean and stylish it looks. Thank you. Garage door geeks!
