He could've convinced me to buy the most expensive one (just like others tried to do). Instead, he explained what would work best for my home sentting (e.g., noisy vs quiet door), which was very helpful.Secondly, during the first service call for diagnosing my old opener, Larry explained the issues in detail and outlined various options from cheap short term fix to long term solutions and how long they would last. In fact, he made the best attempt to fix the current issue such that we can any last bit of service out of the system.
