Our technician Mack arrived within an hour of us reaching out. He was fast, very professional, and gave extremely detailed explanations of everything the job entailed. Dishonest! They came and gave us a quote that was 3x what we ended up paying elsewhere. They wanted to change many parts that were new (eg drums were less than a year old), and wanted to charge $225 for a heavy duty cable that is $10 on Amazon. We ended up hiring another company that charged 1/3 of their quote, did not replace any parts, and *fixed the problem*. Will never call them again, and neither should you.
This is the second time using Safety garage door repair. I had my garage door opener liftmaster replaced this time . My technician Khaled recommended which model l needed that was best fit for my garage. A liftmaster is what l got. He replaced and installed everything needed . He checked the doors and springs. Closes very quiet now He was patient with me with all the questions l had. Very pleased with the work. Now l have new opener. In all the work was done in an hour and 15 minutes.
