Shelby showed up on a Sunday…I never expect anyone contractor to show up on a Sunday…what a great surprise! His service and help to repair garage was great! Very friendly and helpful and also made time to program our garage doors to our vehicles.

Man, did I luck out. You know what a crapshoot it is when you try to find a service provider online. This company is LEGIT and the owner (Shelby) is a STAND UP guy. I called him on a SUNDAY afternoon and he told me he couldn't do it on a Sunday, but he went out of his way to try and put me in touch with someone that could - that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg. I decided instead to wait till the next day - when he could send someone out. They were in and out in no time. Turns out they needed to replace my 17yr old unit and fix the wire that had broken. The guys were professional and the cost for service was very reasonable. I wish they did other home services! Shelby, if you read this, I want to say THANK YOU SIR!
Fantastic customer service from Shelby and Michael at Reliable Garage Door Repair. Shelby had trouble getting us a door (completely not his fault) and he bent over backwards for us to get a new door as soon as possible. He drove all the way to Longview and back just to get us the door we wanted and was then at our house at 6:50 the next morning. The new garage door and garage door opener were installed in just a few hours.We will absolutely be calling him again if we need garage repair in the future.
