I called them today, they had someone out within a couple of hours. The gentleman they sent, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. My door was fixed within minutes. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends.
I called at the end of business, and they were out first thing the following morning. Job was done promptly. Randall is a super friendly tech and went over the work done and pointed out some other things I can do to better maintain my door. I would recommend them.
I ran into garage door sensor with my car, causing all kinds of damage on a Sunday. Called Veteran Garage Door and a little over an hour Matthew was here to make it all okay. Great service, fair pricing.
I called due to a broken tensuin spring on my garage door. They got me a qoute and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The installation tech, William, was a top notch professional, very informative and efficient. He was in and out in 35 minutes, cleaned up the area and double checked his work. Definitely looking to get more work done now.
Misleading Company — Shady Pricing & False Veteran Branding.I called Veteran Garage Door Repair to schedule an annual service for my garage doors. Over the phone, they told me a technician would need to see the condition in person before giving me a quote. That sounded reasonable, but what actually happened was anything but. When the tech arrived, he didn’t even step into the driveway or inspect the doors. Without looking at anything, he immediately quoted me $300 for servicing one single and one double garage door. I asked how he could price it without checking the condition, and he quickly said he’d “call the office to see what he could do.” Thirty seconds later, he offered me an instant $100 discount, which only made the whole thing feel more like a scam. When I pressed again about inspecting the doors, he had no answer. To make matters worse, their name... Veteran Garage Door Repair is extremely misleading. You’d expect a company with that name and a military-style logo to be owned or operated by veterans. Turns out, it’s not veteran-owned at all. In my opinion, they’re using the name and branding to gain trust under false pretenses, which is shameful. On top of that, their sticker on the garage door comes with a huge warning sign stating the warranty will be voided if anyone else services the door. That’s nothing more than a scare tactic to lock customers in.Bottom line: Dishonest pricing, misleading branding, and pressure tactics. I don’t trust this company at all. Stay far away.
