I highly recommend Ace Garage Door Services. They responded to my urgency (snapped garage door spring) in a timely manner and provided me a reasonable quote. Our technician, Richard, is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.
Update Nov-2023: When my 20 year old garage door opener failed, I requested for Richard to come out, inspect the failure, and provide an estimate. He offered several different estimates, from repairing my obsolete opener to replacing it with a new wall mounted opener. After careful consideration, I moved forward with the wall mounted opener, and Richard did a fantastic job installing it. Once again, he was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I had went provided was a satisfied response.
Update Oct-2025: After about two years of use, the automatic garage door lock (LiftMaster 841LM) stopped functioning—it would no longer lock or unlock. From what I’ve seen in online reviews, the internal actuator on this model often fails within a year or so. Fortunately, Ace Garage Door stood by their warranty and provided a replacement lock at no charge. Their excellent customer service and commitment to honoring warranties are why I will continue to choose Ace Garage Door for all my garage door needs.
