Sam gave us the absolute best experience, he came and was very polite and kind and asked me what had been going on, he listened to me rant about the garage patiently and then specifically said what he was going to do and why it was that way. He was clear and very honest. He then worked out it with no bother at all and before he left let me open and close it a few times until I was 110% content with his job. Then he gave me the invoice and made sure before I paid him that invoice looked great and said lifetime warranty in case anything happened. This place was amazing and I’m telling you Sam is your person he does an amazing job and is very respectful.
Simon was great. He arrived at the time window promised. He presented options and wasn't very pushy. He replaced the torsion spring at a reasonable price and was thorough and efficient. He tested the garage door and made sure it worked properly. He provided tips on how to properly perform maintenance to improve the life of the garage door. Job well done Simon.
