The technicians,Randell and John, arrived on time as planned, and were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had used Veteran Garage Door repair once several years ago and again was provided excellent service. They examined the door and mechanisms and provided evaluation with options and cost. The evaluation was accurate and there was no pressure to perform additional options which no doubt were valid and reasonable given it is a 23 year old door and opener. Had them perform maintenance. They fixed issue (partial door open). Problem solved and door is much quieter as well. Will definitely call them again if need arises.
The service was really quick and efficient. The communication with them was great; they were very responsive. They also weren't pushy at all, giving us plenty of space to make our own decisions.
