Great customer service. We walked in looking for new weather stripping to match the color of our garage door. We had recently changed the color to match our new front door. The color was a special order and we received it 1 week later, as anticipated. Came with instructions too!We are very happy with the quality of the products and the friendly service.

So...not sure what happened last night, but my garage door stopped working, could not open it manually or electronically. I called Portes de garage Domac and Yan called me first thing in the morning. He let me know his quote to come and check it out and i was hesitant BUT and i can't stress this enough, instead of turning me away or anything like that, he told me to check out some videos they have up on their site. Turns out i had to adjust my door travel distance and once i learnt how to do, everything is working fine again. I can not stress how much respect i have for businesses such as this. Great guy and the phone service saved me a few hundred dollars, but made me remember him and all my garage door needs will go through them from now on :)
