Excellent service. We received excellent advice regarding the finishing of the frame, which was causing us problems. We felt confident with Mr. Barette, father and son, who provided details on how to proceed. Also, a very appreciated detail for the door was when Mr. Barette, father, suggested that we only install three windows instead of four to prevent the fourth window from being broken in case a rock was thrown by the mower, since the land is not yet finished. We followed his advice and are very happy with the result. The installers, Christopher and David, who subsequently carried out the work, did an impeccable job.
Terrible customer service skills for the telephone receptionist. I just asked her if the listed two companies online are the same and if yes why they have different phone numbers. She answered me vaguely and told me next if I call again, she will put me on uninterest list, and they would not like to serve you. OMG I cannot even have some doubts to ask questions. Besides, this lady doesn't speak French at all, she wants me to spell the street name. Allo on est a QC. Stay awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
Very bad service!!! Stay away!. Called 3 times to get a quote for a door replacement. Every time they would tell me they are going to send someone and I never hear back. When I call them to ask if they forgot, they say the same thing again, we will send someone. Looks like they don't want the business and are kicking customers away.
I am very disappointed in their service, especially the attitude of the person answering the phones. I never had the opportunity to speak with their technician, and she gave the impression of passing the buck and making it our fault for not communicating. The service we required was essential to fire code compliance and their aloof attitude was very disappointing. Please note the work was not completed I had service with them once before and it was good, but this time was very unsatisfactory. Decided to go somewhere else to get the work done.
