I called Tuesday night, and Cody Mashburn came first thing this morning to look at our garage. The coils had busted along with a few other issues, and we had no idea where to begin. Cody walked in, clearly explained how the garage system works, what caused the break, and quickly provided a quote on the spot. He was incredibly kind and patient, especially considering I knew nothing about garages. The quote was affordable, and he got to work immediately. It didn’t take him long at all, and he made sure to explain how to maintain the garage going forward. No upselling, no pressure, just honest, quality service. He truly saved our day. We’re so grateful to have a working garage door again and to have received such thorough explanations and helpful advice. 10 STARS!

My experience started with Jauna. She was very professional, explained everything in detail, and very quick to respond to any questions I had after she left. After working with her on the estimate, Frank and Ben came out to install my door. They were very professional, knowledgeable, made sure the work was done to perfection, were very personable, and they cleaned up after themselves and made it immaculate. I would highly recommend this company and I am sure the rest of their employees are at the high standards they expect to service their customers. Although, I would personally ask for Frank and Ben because I had such a great experience with them. I couldn’t have made a better decision to go with this company and I had multiple businesses trying to earn my business but this company, Gator Garage Doors, were top notch, and definitely a step above of the rest. Too bad I couldn’t give them more stars!!

This door and hardware were all from at least 20-25yrs of age so it was helpful to get a full assessment. Gator Doors is fabulous. I was able to get a technician out same day my garage door broke get a quote, place an order, and my garage door arrived exactly on time. They kept me up-to-date every step of the way. Our technician, Frank, was absolutely amazing. He arrived on time and was very thorough m, very clean and super friendly. I would highly recommend! Pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies.

I had an excellent experience with Gator Garage Door! Technician Cody Mashburn came out to replace my garage door opener, and he did an outstanding job. He installed everything perfectly and took the time to walk me through proper garage maintenance, which I really appreciated. Cody was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient while answering all my questions. The entire company was professional from start to finish. The agent who scheduled my appointment was prompt, friendly, and communicated clearly. They arrived right on time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.
