I don't write reviews on companies just after I receive service because in the excitement of getting an issue resolved, you can later become disappointed when things go wrong. It has now been 8 weeks since I received service on my garage door from this company. I can truly report that I am more than satisfied in the quality and workmanship I received. I had the door installed from another company and I could not give a good review because the "cheap" side of their work showed up later. Marco arrived and thoroughly checked every part, rail, bolt, nut, guide, and even the electrical eyes, which had been incorrectly installed. I had a number of issues that the original installer overlooked and ignored. Marco treated me as if I was the only client he had for the day and did not rush to take care of my home and property. I highly recommend AZ Best for anyone who doesn't want to deal with amateurs and the frustration of having to call back time after time when things go wrong. I wish every company had this type of commitment and pride in the work they do. Thank You Marco! I am truly glad you worked on my garage issues, and I will always be a repeat customer.
