The tech, Charles, showed up well within the window of time proposed. He quickly assessed the issue and made the required repairs quickly. He communicated to me clearly about the issue and our options. In this case, it involved replacing our existing unit. The payment process was simple as they accept multiple forms. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I had outstanding service from Avondale Garage Door. Jeremy adjusted my garage door limits so I could open and close the door until the replacement door panel was installed. Charles and Jaden installed the new door panel efficiently and professionally. Charles double checked the entire installation and cut a paint sample from the damaged door panel. Jeremy, Charles and Jaden were polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend Avondale Garage Door.

Our garage door spring snapped unexpectedly one morning, leaving the door stuck and us in a bind. I called Avondale Garage Door Inc. right away, and they were incredibly responsive – they were able to schedule Jeremy to come out the same day! In a situation like this, quick turnaround makes all the difference, and they delivered without hesitation.
Jeremy arrived promptly, was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what had happened with the spring, walked me through the repair options, and got everything fixed safely and efficiently. The door is working perfectly now, better than before actually. No upselling pressure, just honest work and great communication throughout.

Jeremy was incredible — truly a one-man show. He worked extremely hard, even skipped his lunch to keep the project moving, and was meticulous with every detail. His dedication and professionalism were impressive, and he was very respectful of our time throughout the entire process. Cleanup was spotless, and he was kind and easy to work with.

I was especially impressed that the new door software had only been released two weeks ago, and Jeremy was already fully knowledgeable and confident working with it.

Their pricing was the best I found, and the service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Avondale Garage Doors to anyone looking for quality work, great service, and excellent value!
