Jeff did a great job, was even cautious with vehicle stored in garage. I had a lot replaced as I already knew a majority of it had aged quite a bit and already knew the bad things about the door. He even confirmed it and was very thorough

He fixed our garage door the same day and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and how he fixed it. Best of all, there was absolutely no upselling just honest, straightforward service. A-1 Garage Doors exceeded our expectations, and Mike was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend! I cannot say enough about how wonderful these guys are!! They kept me informed at every step, they gave me options on the levels of products, and showed me all the broken pieces and parts so I knew what they were talking about! Mike was the Best! Well spoken and friendly. I received notification via text he was coming, and arrived on time. Knowledgeable, and took time to explain the process, cost and possible needs to get the job done right. He worked with his Supervisor and my husband that was on the phone to get us a deal we could afford. I had to go to work and he opened the door so I could leave. He locked the doors and left my garage clean and tidy! We will work A-1 in any future projects, and will recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a great experience!
