This past Friday when pulling into my garage, the door exploded into several pieces when I pressed the button inside to close the door. I think ice and snow build-up on and around the door plus the freezing temperatures were the causes. We checked and called a few places before reaching DeBoer. I spoke with Bob and he was willing to come Saturday morning and that was great, except I needed to get a car out to get my daughter to work that evening. When I asked for advice on how to get the remaining pieces of the door off safely, Bob said he could come at 7:00 that night, which he did and not only got the door safely reassembled and working, he did it in sub zero temperatures working by himself and completed the job in 30 minutes without trying to sell a new door or anything. He charged an incredibly fair price and I added some to it because of how timely and solid his work was. He was very friendly and professional at the same time and I watched him work efficiently and with great knowledge on what went wrong and how to fix it.
