I had an older Genie motor that was damaged by a bird getting into the garage and starting a nest. One of the control boards was damaged. This particular motor was no longer in production, but I preferred to repair rather than replace if possible.The tech came out within 3 days, did a thorough inspection, and provided options. They took my request to repair seriously and decided to look for a replacement board, even though the unit is no longer in production. The tech was able to locate a replacement board and replace it within 2 days. They also went the extra mile to repair some cracked and broken brackets on the door itself. The door and motor are working better than ever.This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend them!

Having problems with your garage door is never fun, but Environmental Door did a great job at making the process stress-free and pleasant. Robb was very friendly and great at leading me through the process and figuring out the best options. He also made all effort to get out quickly when my garage door wouldn't even go down. The other company that I was getting a quote from, I had to chase down for communication, the quote wasn't even accurate to what we'd discussed, never heard back from him, and the price was higher. Environmental Door was a no brainer. I highly recommend!
Rob arrived early on an extremely wintery day when I would have been more than understanding had they called to reschedule. Our garage door is still fairly new but we needed a new remote opener for another driver in the house. He got that quickly for us and did some general maintenance. Would recommend to anyone needing anything garage door related.
My garage door stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called Environmental Door and they arrived within 30 minutes. The broken spring was replaced and everything was great. A few days later the door stopped working again. I called Environmental Door and a serviceman came the next day and diagnosed a broken opener (door is 30 years old so not unexpected!). Carolyn in the office was fantastic to work with, presented options, answered questions, sent information, and really worked with us to help us get what we needed at a reasonable cost. Within two days the work was done. Now the door no longer goes “clankety clankety clank!” when it opens. It’s so smooth and quiet I didn’t think it was working at first! I believe the technician’s name was Rob, but he was also completely awesome. I highly recommend Environmental Door! I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon, but if I did I would call them without hesitation.
