I got home from work today at 1 o’clock and my garage door was not working, upon inspection I noticed the spring had broken. I called Trisha and she said she would get a hold of her tech and Call me right back, She phoned me back at 1:15 and said her tech would be there by 2 o’clock. Nathan showed up and repaired my broken door, Serviced both of my doors and was finished by 3:30. Awesome service highly recommended will use again in the future..
These guys went above and beyond to fix my door, I was in a bind and needed access to my shop. I called at 2:00pm they were at my place by 3:30pm and got it done. Good guys very knowledgeable and efficient and fair priced.
I left a negative review on this page about 3 years ago. At the time I was upset about a brief phone call. I just wanted to publicly mention and make people aware that the owner has reached out to me several times doing everything in his power to make things right. My previous review does not reflect this business nor anyone that works or owns Prairie Doors, my review was uncalled for. If you're looking for someone that will work tirelessly to make sure you are happy, do business with these guys.
