They came out bid on the job for 3 doors. 3 weeks later and lots of excuses. They asked for more money. Got a call a week later said the job was done. Showed up at my place of business wanting money the next day. I foolishly paid. When I went to the shop more than half the hardware was still in the box. tracks not aligned, operators not installed correctly, operators not wired. After a year and a half I just hired a reputable company to tear it out and start. over. Anything but professional.
They replaced my garage doors last year, but wasn’t able to figure out how to install new springs so they just put back on the old springs. It is broken again within 1 year and now they won’t answer or return my calls.
I work overnights and came home to find my garage spring broke. I didn't think I would be able to get a hold of anyone until later in the day. I got a call back in minutes and they worked around my schedule so I could sleep and still get service the same day! They got me taken care of and was very detailed in his work. He even oiled my hinges and cleaned my tracks! Will definitely recommend then to everyone!
I can’t say enough good things about Professional Choice Garage Doors. They answered my phone call right away and made an appointment with me for the next day. They replaced my broken sensor and greased both doors before they left. We will definitely call them again.
This is a small, veteran owned/ran company, that impressed me with it's quality in service. I gave Adrian a call, and he picked up within seconds, and was at my house within an hour to resolve my problem! Would recommend
