Ben Race was amazing!! The spring on the garage door broke at 7 pm on a Friday night. He drove over an hour each way to help us on an emergency basis. Very knowledgeable and professional. He provided options not offered to us before that will save us from replacing the springs every couple of years. (He explained our door is larger and heavier than average). We wondered why we have had to replace them so often. Thanks to ben, problem solved for good.
Timing and availability could not have been better. Called on a Tuesday afternoon and the technician was at our home at 8:00 am the next day.Aaron was on time, super friendly and explained all our options. He even identified a pricing option that was 100% the best option for our home and needs, which also was the least expensive. Highly recommend Aaron and Don's Garage door repair.
Don’s Garage Doors was great! They were quick, but detailed and fair priced. We were very happy with the work they did, but in particular JP, the tech that did the work, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did great work! My garage door is working great and is so quiet now!
Yesterday we got two garage doors installed. The experience with Don’s Garage Doors has been above average. I appreciated the excellent communication. On the day of, we received a text when the installer was on his way. I liked the added touch of receiving a picture of who to expect upon arrival. John was on time, thorough, communicated well, and detail oriented. Prior to starting the installation, he went through our order including performing measurements to insure that the opening was accurate. He is friendly and approachable. Thank you for such great service! We are very excited to have garage doors on our two garages in time for weather and are happy with our decision to use Don’s Garage Doors.
Darren did an excellent job explaining and installing my new motor and rollers on my two garage doors. His customer service, relatability and politeness were much appreciated. I got a call and a text letting me know when the tech was going to arrive which goes a long way these days. I’m happy to be all upgraded and safe with the new install. My only complaint is that they are expensive, I did not take the time to get another quote and the next day I did a little research and realized that I overpaid.
