Had Evans Overhead Garage Door Repair come out for what we thought was just a simple spring adjustment but they found several issues we didn't know about. Couple hinges were loose the safety cables were frayed and the photo eye sensors were dirty and misaligned. They took time to explain each problem and gave us options for fixing everything or just the urgent stuff. We went with a complete tune up and wow what a difference it made. Door had been making noises and moving jerky for months but we just figured that was normal. Now it opens smooth and quiet like when it was new. Really thorough work and they didn't try to oversell anything just explained what needed attention and why.
