Thompson's Garage Door Service

I would give Thompson Garage Door Service a 10 if I could! Thompson Garage Door Service is not just your typical garage door company; they are angels in disguise. After my mom's garage door opener broke down unexpectedly, we were in a panic. But thanks to the incredible team at Thompson Garage Door Service, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a heartwarming experience. Their technicians arrived promptly and were not only professional but also genuinely caring. They assessed the problem swiftly and efficiently installed a new opener, ensuring my mom's safety and convenience. What truly touched our hearts was their decision not to charge her for the service. The reason behind this act of kindness was their relationship with my father who recently passed. I cannot express enough gratitude for their generosity and compassion during a difficult time for our family. Thompson Garage Door Service goes above and beyond mere business transactions; they build lasting relationships with their customers and their community. If you're in need of garage door services, look no further than Thompson Garage Door Service. Not only will they exceed your expectations with their expertise and efficiency, but they will also remind you of the power of compassion and kindness. Thank you, Thompson Garage Door Service, for restoring our faith in humanity and for your exceptional service.

Great company to work with. The current installers/technicians are great guys and have been super helpful in keeping our doors operating correctly. For those that may have had a bad experience in the past, it seems like they have made some organizational changes that make the experience better than previous.
