They are nice guys. Did a good job explaining why to replace the spring. But a competitor was willing to do it for less. They reached out and said they would have replaced for less.
John came to fix part of our garage door that we had run into. John had originally installed it for us. He returned like a competent, professional old friend, glad to see us. The parts we needed were in the truck and he got right to the job at hand. We appreciated his workmanship and ability to complete the job in a timely way. Called A1 Garage Door service when a tension spring broke on my overhead door.The service needed was not an emergency or a rush. If it was the would have been right out to my home. The initial contact with A1 and the scheduling process went very well. Follow up communication for the next day repair was excellent. I had a time slot and was called to keep me informed a how the schedule was progressing. The service tech followed up to let me know he was on the way to my address with a ETA. The service tech did an assessment for the repair needed, offer me the options so I could make the repair decision that was best for me. Every satisfied with A1 and would recommend them to my family .
