Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the technicians' professionalism and helpful phone advice, though some accounts report concerns with in-home conduct and pricing. One customer described a technician snooping through cabinets during a repair; another said the final charge for one spring matched the earlier quote for two.
Customer Reviews
Christopher Bonakowski
The technicians are always polite, professional, and deliver quality services for a good price. Not to mention they're some of the only experienced techs in the area the actually know their trade.
Robert Osory
Called emergency number. They can come in a month. What type of emergency service is this?
Jason Karbon
I'll give 2 stars only because they fixed the door that they originally installed. What gets 0 stars is one of the guys kept snooping around the cabinets and other things while the other guy worked. Not professional if you go to the customers house just to go through their stuff.
