We recently had our garage door replaced and I can say the entire process was smooth, professional and stress-free. The team Matt Martin (Shorty),Bob and Rogger showed up exactly when they said. They took the time to walk us through our options. They were very knowledgeable without being pushy. On installation day they were very impressive. They worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail and treated our home with respect. They showed us how to use the new door and programmed our cars. Shorty, Bob, and Joe did a great job with the broken spring on my garage door. Their schedule was pretty full and took about a week before they were able to come out but it was worth the wait!!!
They ordered me a new opener and door over the phone with me and were able to install it very quickly.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door of Green Bay after my garage door unexpectedly stopped working. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but technician Bob Meidam came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. While it was an unfortunate cost to replace the door, I already suspected this was coming. After spending nearly three hours trying to fix it myself, it was obvious the previous installation had been poorly done. There was tape used in places and overall it just didn’t look professional, so I knew replacement was inevitable.

With an upcoming vacation, getting this fixed immediately was a priority. I made an appointment late the night before and they were there bright and early. My appointment window was 8–10 AM, and by around 7 AM I had already received a call letting me know Bob was on his way, along with his ETA. I also received a text with his photo and a short bio, which honestly put me very much at ease as a female home alone.

Bob was extremely polite, professional, and personable. He even ran to the gas station and was kind enough to pick me up a Dr Pepper when I mentioned I was dealing with a migraine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also identified a separate issue with my garage door system. While I chose not to address that today, I will absolutely be having Precision come back later this summer to take care of it.

Precision Garage Door is veteran-owned, and as a veteran myself, I appreciated receiving a small discount. In today’s world, that recognition still means a lot.
