One of our garage door cables snapped last night. After looking through the list of companies online, Southern Garage Door stood out to me, so I called Tim this morning knowing it might be a long shot to get someone out on the Friday between Christmas and New Years. He said he could come out today and showed up when he said he would. He was very nice, professional, and worked quickly, and efficiently! He was incredibly reasonable on the cost and we will definitely use him again for future garage door needs!
Tim replaced my Garage opener system today and I absolutely love it. I never knew how noisy and jerking my old opener was.Tim was very efficient, knowledgeable and priced reasonably.A bonus was a lesson in how to operate everything even the Wi-Fi.I highly recommend Tim Southern for all your garage door needs.
Excellent Service!! Reasonable Priced! I was in Winston-Salem and my father’s ancient garage doors weren’t working properly! Tim got them fixed and even programmed/paired one of cars to the garage. He was professional, personal, patient with my dad and reasonable priced! He also showed me pictures of some gorgeous carriage type garage doors he had recently installed! Whether you are installing a garage doors or getting one repaired I would not hesitate to recommend Tim!
