Reviews

Robert Bruder

Haws Garage doors are an outstanding business in Guelph & surrounding area. Today my garage door wouldn't properly close so I contacted them for a service call. About 15 minutes after having left a voice message they called me back to explain what likely was wrong. The electric eyes eyes were simply not aligned and the fix, which was explained to me over the phone, was so simple that all I had to do was adjust the mechanism that sends out the electric beam. The best part of their phone call was that they said they "wanted to hopefully save me a $150.00 service call fee." They did! Not many businesses will do that these days. Many many thanks. We decided on Haws to repair our garage door due to the large number of very positive reviews. We were not disappointed. The technician arrived a day early, completed the repairs quickly and at a fair price. We will have them back in the spring to do some maintenance on the doors.

Very timely, pleasant and easy to deal with. They are professional and trustworthy. I kept their card to do annual maintenance and any repairs as necessary.
