Haws Garage doors are an outstanding business in Guelph & surrounding area. Today my garage door wouldn't properly close so I contacted them for a service call. About 15 minutes after having left a voice message they called me back to explain what likely was wrong. The electric eyes eyes were simply not aligned and the fix, which was explained to me over the phone, was so simple that all I had to do was adjust the mechanism that sends out the electric beam. The best part of their phone call was that they said they "wanted to hopefully save me a $150.00 service call fee." They did!
Not many businesses will do that these days. Many many thanks.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Haws doors. The owner Bill himself came to fix the cables and springs. I was very curious about how to do the repair. Why they broke etc. he explained everything to me. He was very professional. When he arrived. He got out of his work truck with a smile on his face. And even finished the job with a smile. Hands down. Top notch service from the time I reached out to book my appointment to the time my door was finished. Communication is a key item. And Haws doors has it.
