We recently had 3 brand new garage doors installed with Active Garage Door and every step of the process was accurate, friendly and in a timely manner. My elderly parents also had their first automatic garage installed also this week and are hugely impressed also. This is a company local to our community, family run and has been around for years. Sean the owner is wonderful for the estimate process and likewise Trish who I was able to contact with ease for questions and updates. Their online platform is excellent. Jay who has been their main installer for years cannot be beat for details and accuracy and just as friendly. Don’t bother looking elsewhere as this team cannot be beat. Bravo ??
What a great, family owned business. Initially spoke to Robyn. She asked all the questions she needed and then let me know they’d need to see the space to make sure they could do what I wanted - properly.Shaun came over and verified everything. Once confirmed, he let me know they’ve done a lot of jobs just like this (high lift conversion w/new side mount openers) and they would have it done in a day.Robyn called me back to schedule for the very next week! I was very pleased.The guys came as scheduled, they did an incredible job, and didn’t stop until they were finished - 3 doors, 1 day.The work is first class and they took the time to finish everything perfectly - and then cleaned up any sign of them even being there at all.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, and will do my best to tell anyone I know.Great job!See the before and after photos
