Hamilton Door Systems (HDS) has consistently provided great service over years each time I called for garage door service. I really like transparency about service and price, it is located in Hamilton, and the prompt response whenever I call. I appreciate I speak to a real person versus an automated system as it creates a more personal and immediate interaction. Joe came by to take a look at it. He is a very friendly gentleman and a proficient professional. He diagnosed the problem and showed us what had gone wrong. He fixed it right away and had us practice opening and closing the garage door. We are very satisfied with his work. Thank you Joe!

I used Hamilton Door Systems for the installation of Garage Doors and Openers at my home and have been very pleased with their product and service. From beginning to end, my experience with them was exceptional. Kudos to Terri who I worked with at the office and Brad who handled installation of the new doors and openers as well as disposal of the old doors. I'm very happy with the outcome, thought the price was fair and the process of selection and ordering was straightforward. My first interaction with HDS led to my purchase. I had old doors that needed service. Brad came out, assessed and tweaked the doors and to my surprise didn't charge me anything. That first impression was so positive, I didn't even consider another company when the time came to replace to the doors. Check out HDS, you won't regret it.
