Customer Reviews

George N.

Since I moved to Hamilton, they have been my go to place for my garage door needs. It started with the door motors over 10 years ago to the most recent both doors' torsion springs being replaced. Every time they have been courteous, professional, and did great work. Wish more businesses were like them. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you so much Joe installing my new garage door opener!!! Very happy with outcome - garage door opens quietly and looks great. Also, thank you taking time to explain new features and programming my remotes and providing support with outdoor keypad set up - so appreciative and grateful! Hamilton Door Systems (HDS) has consistently provided great service over years each time I called for garage door service. I really like transparency about service and price, it is located in Hamilton, and the prompt response whenever I call. I appreciate I speak to a real person versus an automated system as it creates a more personal and immediate interaction. Thank you greatly to Terry taking time to answer all my questions when I called by phone about different garage door openers and installation/service options. Top-notch service from start to finish once again - Thank you HDS!

We used HDS for installing our garage door a few years ago and have been very satisfied. Recently we started having trouble with the garage door and the opener. Joe came by to take a look at it. He is a very friendly gentleman and a proficient professional. He diagnosed the problem and showed us what had gone wrong. He fixed it right away and had us practice opening and closing the garage door. We are very satisfied with his work. Thank you Joe! We strongly recommend Joe and HDS!
