I had to call another garage door company today, because the door company in Harlingen that was supposed to be at my house yesterday, didn’t show up all day long. I spoke with them three times and was told it would be an hour. They didn’t even call to reschedule.So I did another search. First one I called went to voicemail. The second one, even though it was not mentioned on their information, didn’t do residential in this area.The third one was Auto Garage Doors of Mercedes. I am so glad that I made it to them in the list.I spoke with David and who was very helpful from the beginning. After I told him what I needed he told me he could have someone out in about 90 minutes.In 80 minutes, Martin and Alma showed up. They took a look at what I needed, I explained a few things and they said ok, we’ll get to work if that’s okay.I was shocked. Well, needless to say, they went right to work and in less than two hours they had installed a new door opener(that I previously purchased), a new bottom weather strip and lubed the rollers. They cleaned up, I paid them and they were off!!Oh, 15 minutes after they left I got a call from Martin, who was already in my driveway, that he couldn’t remember if he had completely tightened a bolt on the rail. He came in, tightened it up and they were on their way back to Mercedes. Their only concern was to make sure that our door was safe.Thanks for such a fast response, great work, and, most of all, a reasonable price.
Martin and Alma came by to fix my garage door. Awesome work, fast and very professional. Made me feel like someone important and went out of the way to bring the right springs. They were very kind, courteous and nice. They know their job. i highly recommend them. They're the best. Came out after hours. Very affordable and not as expensive as the others i called.
