I had two garage doors replaced with new operators. This replacement allowed me to have a double glass panel installed with R19 insulation.I got a professional insulation and quiet operation.Recently I had a free tune up done. Mark is an excellent technian, very Meticulous and doesn't mine sharing his information. He weighted the door, tighten the springs and checked.the balance in the open and closed position. Springs over the last 5 years have weaken putting more load on the motor. He adjusted the torque. Torqued all the bolts and spray lubed all the hinges and rollers including the spring. I will weigh the door every year and check the balance myself, but if the springs weaken again they should be replaced. They have a 5 year warranty and a 52,000 cycle lifespan. He ALONE Installed my beautiful new door I’m really happy with it and he took time to help me with the MyQ app and he’s very patient and kind person. I highly recommend using him from A1.
