Wicked Garage Doors

I searched numerous garage door service companies in the area, looking for parts. They almost always said no, they only do service. James, at Wicked, not only was willing to sell me the parts, but sent his technician David to deliver them, saving me the trip. And James offered to provide an inspection - at no cost even though I urged him to take something for it. This started when my opener wasn’t working right. I have a home warranty. They sent out a tech who looked at the opener and said it was shot, and that problems with the door had ruined the opener. He said he would replace the opener only if I had him put in a new door. He held out his smart tablet and urged me to sign on the spot. Turns out there’s nothing wrong with the opener, and the door needed a few things to make it work better. So I worked on the door and fixed it best I could. This required a few parts. I called around and finally came upon Wicked. Great folks. David was kind, insightful, and willing. And highly skilled and experienced. I will suggest to my home warranty company that they work with Wicked. Thank you, James. Thank you, David.

Fantastic service! Karson was terrific, he knew exactly what to do and explained things we should look for. He fixed an issue we were having with the openers, and now they work perfectly. He serviced both of our doors as well. We will have Wicked Garage Doors do all of our maintenance in the future and I would definitely recommend them!

We had a new garage door opener installed by McKoi and he did a fantastic job. He is very professional and gets the job completed quick.. Mckoi has worked on my door in the past and I highly recommend him when you call Wicked for repairs. Thanks again. Fast forward a few months and I needed another garage door opener installed. As usual the customer service at Wicked was incredible. James the owner is a great guy to work with and David the installer did a great job. As always I highly recommend wicked. Thanks again.
