I searched numerous garage door service companies in the area, looking for parts. They almost always said no, they only do service. James, at Wicked, not only was willing to sell me the parts, but sent his technician David to deliver them, saving me the trip. And James offered to provide an inspection - at no cost even though I urged him to take something for it.

This started when my opener wasn’t working right. I have a home warranty. They sent out a tech who looked at the opener and said it was shot, and that problems with the door had ruined the opener. He said he would replace the opener only if I had him put in a new door. He held out his smart tablet and urged me to sign on the spot.

Turns out there’s nothing wrong with the opener, and the door needed a few things to make it work better. So I worked on the door and fixed it best I could. This required a few parts.

I called around and finally came upon Wicked. Great folks. David was kind, insightful, and willing. And highly skilled and experienced.

I will suggest to my home warranty company that they work with Wicked.

He called me as soon as he figured out what needs to be done and gave me a good quote for the work provided. Karson was extremely efficient in the work he did and communicated everything every step of the way. He was also very respectful with my wife and young son at home going about their daily schedule.
