I can’t recall a time where a service has exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call which was right before closing time, Giselle walked me through how to manually close my garage door to safeguard my home until the tech would arrive in the morning. The next morning my tech Arnold showed up on time and full of knowledge. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I like to ask a lot of questions because I’m curious like that. And Arnold what a great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional he did not seem bothered by my curiosity in learning and understanding what he was doing. Most people would rather be left alone while they’re working. But Arnold seemed unfazed with my presence as he worked, and I really appreciated him taking the time to go over what he was doing. I feel I know so much about garage doors now. In regards to his work. I can confirm he does very, very, very good work. Excellent in fact. I was impressed ,so if you have any issues with your garage door, I 100% guarantee you; you will be satisfied.

The garage door all of the sudden stopped working on a Friday night. I did contact Patricia , the marketing lady on Saturday before 8 am. She immediately returned my call, and schedule someone to come to fix it on Monday morning, as I was returning from a short trip . The dispatcher called me at 7:30 am , and the technician arrived at 8 . He spent a little less than 3 hours working on it, replaced the springs that I saw , they were broken. Also replaced other pieces needed to leave the door working smoothly.
Great service, friendly technician, right price. Highly recommended.
