Had a scary moment when one of our garage door extension springs snapped with a loud bang – sounded like a gunshot! The door instantly got super heavy and wouldn't stay open. Called Power Garage Doors, and they sent someone out to Skokie that same afternoon. The technician was really knowledgeable, explained exactly why it happened, and replaced both extension springs. He even did a quick safety check on everything else. Now the door is balanced perfectly again and works smoothly. So relieved they could fix it so fast.
