Andres was scheduled for 2:00 PM and was actually a few minutes early which was fine with me , but of course with my approval!Upon his arrival Andres immediately started to assess any potential issues with my garage door and asked me if there was anything that concerned me. He adjusted both springs, greased the rail on the garage door opener, and lubricated all of the hinges. It was obviously a tremendous difference in operation of the door once these items were addressed.I never really understood the importance of garage door maintenance but since dealing with the Original Triad Door Company, my understanding of what to look and hear for as potential issues has increased significantly.Thank you Andres for your leadership, professionalism, and for your patience answering all of the many questions that I asked! If anyone reading this is in the need of a garage door replacement or just garage door maintenance I highly recommend the Original Triad Door. They are definitely the best around as far as I’m concerned!
