Uses this company a few times. They are very overpriced. Adjusted a dock plate.The job took less than ten minutes and it's over 300 dollars just to come out. Called today to have bad hold down assembly replaced and they wanted a credit card to hold the appointment. Are you kidding? My company pays every bill on time. You are not a hotel at a resort. That's kind of insulting. I wasn't able to get a service call without it. Good luck but I'm moving on and will tell others
Jason did an excellent job repairing our door today. The price was very reasonable; in fact, lower than I expected given the amount of damage to our frame. Due to Jason's honesty and the quality of his work, when it comes time to replace our garage door, I plan to use this company again.
Mr. Jim was forthright about the price to repair my garage. The job was a little pricey but I did not feel taken advantage of and he was very pleasant. He replaced both springs in less than an hour and greased the chain overhead. Garage worked as it should. I recommend this company for the expertise of repairing garage doors.
Marco Muniz was the representative that did the maintenance to our garage door. He did an excellent job and explained in detail all he did. He programmed two new remotes that we ask for due to one we were using was broken. He arrived on time and I highly recommend him.
